Acrylic softening ovens
These are ovens used for softening acrylic boards through heat treatment process for forming in thermoform machines. The system is equipped with a rack that has drawer system for ease of loading and unloading processes. The cover is opened upwards manually by means of gas shock absorber. Air-tightness is provided with a silicone cord on the door frame. The height of the oven entry is designed to be 600 mm to enable subjecting the products deformed during vacuuming process to heat treatment for reusing. The heating system consists of a thermo-block unit and is located on the side of the oven. Diesel fuel or gas burners can be used depending on specific requirements.
