Aluminum thermal treatment ovens
The Thermal Treatment Furnace is used for hardening the Profiles extruded through the Extrusion line. The heating system consists of a thermo-block. The heating unit is located in the back on single-door furnaces, and on the side and in the middle on double-door furnaces, and can be located on top of the furnace if required. The hot air is blown over the profiles through a specially-designed furnace door to ensure homogeneous distribution. The bottom of the furnace is designed to allow a single trolley to enter directly without requiring any carrier trolleys.
